About Me

For over 30 years, I have maintained a successful real estate practice in Ellicott City, MD. Such longevity has been acheived as a result of a personal commitment, quality service, and satisfied repeat customers.

I am a graduate of the University of Baltimore Law School (Juris Doctorate, 1976), and Boston University (B.S. in Business Administration, 1973). I was admitted to the Court of Appeals of Maryland in December 1976. I obtained my Brokers license and formed Jack Cooper Realty in 2007.

My hobbies and interests include, bicycling, swimming, weight lifting, reading, health, nutrition, wine tasting, cooking, and going to the beach.
